All items sold can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase with the following conditions:

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • All returned items must not be programmed for microcontroller/microprocessor based items.
  • All transportation, payment transaction and tax (if applicable) cost incurred for the returned items must be borned by the customer.
  • All return process must be authorized by Rocket Scream first.
