    Hi Yendor,
The SAMD21 pin driving clock is disabled by default during sleep. This is badly implemented in the SAMD21 core at the beginning because they didn’t think much about using the external interrupt during sleep. So, since then they have patched this up using a low power library written by them here. Hope that helps.

I just only resend, together with the CC address. Please check.
The server complained on the delay of the delivery to your server.
And this warning repeats every 24 hours until it get delivered or after 3 times of tries.

    Hi Christophe,
Did you receive my mail? I ask because I received rejected email error from server.

I’ll reply to your email after this. It might end up in your spam.
    Thanks.

    Hi Christophe,
You bought 2 units, are both behaving the same? We did test battery charging too from both VUSB and VIN on all boards.
I would suggest sending us back the faulty units for us to check and I will send a replacement.

Can you load this sleep code and try charging the board?

Please add analogRead(A5); in the setup() as the code is for V2 board without battery monitoring.

Also, is your battery still in good condition? Have they been tested to charge properly on other charger?

You have put the battery polarity wrongly from your photo! Red should be + and black -. There’s possibility that you have already damage the battery management IC.

You can send us the image. Please keep a decent size.

You can even try to test this with a USB port.

    Did you try this also?

Please provide an image of your setup and wiring.
Usually PG is lit, it means power from VIN is good.
If CHG is lit, it means it is charging.
You can even try to test this with a USB port.
Is the battery pack 7V is current limited in anyway?

I would suggest loading the bare sleep code and monitor the voltage of VBAT. It’s hard to tell whether your application is draining the battery or the board itself without isolating the issues.

It can be done either using a hot air OR flooding the 3 pads with solder and then move the iron quickly between the 3 pads. Hot air is easier but soldering iron is okay if you don’t have a hot air machine. I prefer the soldering iron because it’s quiet. 🙂

    Hi,
Pin A5 has since been connected to the battery monitoring resistive divider network. Just do a analog read on pin A5 but leaving out it’s pin mode configuration for that particular pin. So, that code needs some update.

I tested every single board that goes out of the door, they are all 20 uA maximum during sleep else they go inside a reject bin.

    Hope that helps.

When you connect the USB port and a battery does the CHG LED lit up? It should.
I tested every single unit for charging with a battery and also ensure voltages goes up accordingly.

If the red LED labelled CHG and green LED labelled PG is lit when either external power applied on USB or VIN, it means the battery is being charged.

    Is both LED lit up?

You could just use a pin to power up each sensor VCC as they consumes less than few mA per sensor.
For a current project I have, I use a proper MOSFET to cut off the power to the sensors.

There’s a lot going on your code, but how are you powering the DHT sensors? A dedicated power supply line to it? Anyhow, it needs to be switched off.
