Tiny Reflow Controller V2 Stuck in “Pre” and at 146C

I have a Tiny Reflow Controller V2 that I have just finished connecting it to my oven. The controller starts in the “Pre” mode and the oven temperature increases rapidly up to 146C. Then the controller pulses the element and maintains an oven temperature of 146C, but never increases to 150C. Therefore, the controller sticks in the “Pre” mode at 146C. I have tried resetting the controller several times and even let it operate for over 8 minutes and it never reaches 150C or switch to “Soak”.
Is there anything else that I can try to get the controller to “cycle”?
By the way, the oven has been tested to over 250C temperatures without the controller connected.

I had previously unplugged the oven and the controller, so I tried to run another cycle. The controller did the same thing except this time the controller rapidly increased the oven temperature to 140C and began pulsing the oven element. The temperature stayed at 140C and maintained 140C for several minutes.
