Changes includes support for negative temperature which we completely missed out on the first revision.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The new batch of <a title=\"osPID Kit\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rocketscream.com\/shop\/ospid-kit\" target=\"_blank\">osPID Kit<\/a> will be shipped with the new <a title=\"MAX31855\" href=\"http:\/\/www.maxim-ic.com\/datasheet\/index.mvp\/id\/7273\" target=\"_blank\">MAX31855KASA+<\/a> chip replacing the obsolete and yet expensive\u00a0<a title=\"MAX6675\" href=\"http:\/\/www.maxim-ic.com\/datasheet\/index.mvp\/id\/3149\" target=\"_blank\">MAX6675ISA+<\/a>. Same changes also applies to our <a title=\"Reflow Oven Controller Shield\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rocketscream.com\/shop\/reflow-oven-controller-shield-arduino-compatible\" target=\"_blank\">Reflow Oven Controller Shield<\/a> which is currently undergoing prototype testing at the moment.<\/p>\n<p>Bugs report are welcomed!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have just updated the MAX31855 library for Arduino.
